Re-Release Update (10/8/25):

Imma keep it 100 with you all, the old version I put out of this mixtape back in 2009 was TRASH. Absolute trash! I took one listen of N Luv With My Money and cringed a couple years onto my face. I took the video down, but I might leave Falsifying up to show my skill difference. This is the mixtape you all should forget ever was released in 2009 or delete it right now:

I deleted the tracklist for the old project too because...well it didn't look like it was a good blend. And I bet I had some sloppy scratches to cover up the fact I didn't actually listen to the BPM when mixing. I'm glad I improved from this point; DJ Screw would be rolling in his grave if he heard that crap. There will be a new track order, and I'll be recording a new interlude just to set the record straight on this project. I know a lot of people probably saw my super old YouTube videos with songs from this and never looked back...so let's be sure to not repeat that.

Purple Tape History & Update (10/20/25):

This was made in September of 2009. This one actually sounded pretty decent. I liked it when I made it, but unfortunately I lost it like I lost all the others.

Change from my last post. I may do this one as a more "throwed" project, and have like 2 or 3 songs actually chopped. I can put this out this year with Hybrid Theory, especially since Reanimation and Meteora were more chop friendly than I thought they would be. Stay tuned!

History & Update from 10/22/25: You know, I have been going back and forth with if I want to re-do this tape. It's got some good songs on here that I think would've sounded dope now if I could hear the whole thing together.

I may try reaching out to Ice to see if he wants to partner up on this one. Maybe he still has his

scratching touch and we can make a dope half/half album or somethin'. Not sure yet, but saying all

that to say this one will not be touch anytime this year. I'll look into next year. But if any of you

awesome ppl have this mixtape from Datpiff days or zshare, please do share with me.

Update & History (11/4/25):

I thought a while about it. I will re-do this tape. Very early on in my chop & screw journey, Cham was my bridge to a whole bunch of other Houston rappers. I already bumped Slim Thug cuz Already Platinum was a dope ass album, but I actually didn't discover Boss Hogg Outlawz until I heard Killa Kyleon on Mixtape Messiah 4. Once I heard him, I got into Boss Hoggs which lead me to Trae, Z-Ro, ABN, Bun B & UGK, Big Hawk, and eventual Screw's legendary Screw Tapes.

I probably won't get to it this year because I'm still trying to map out my skill gap at this time versus where I want it to be in preparation for 2pac's All Eyez on Me Redux. This project could make for a perfect practice tape towards that goal. Until then, stay tuned!
